I was wondering about how much safety gear you usually wear and what type of riding you do. For example: I ride mountain bike. I used to not wear a helmet, but the day I chose to wear one, I went home with a hole in it. Went over the bars and had a fist sized rock stuck in it. I am convinced that it saved my life. After another hard wreck that left me unable to ride home (Went over and bashed my knee so hard i couldn’t bend it for a few hours) I am thinking about getting knee pads too. I am just curious. I don’t wreck often but when I do it is catastrophic. Also, do you reflect one of the MX style downhill helmets is worth 100$? Thankfulness guys.
Like the jersey ancient hippie, they just made a 4 foot law here in PA.
